WhatsApp may stop users from taking private chat screenshots

WhatsApp is testing new improvements to its 'Authentication feature' that blocks users from taking screenshots of their private chats when fingerprint authentication is activated, as per WABetaInfo. Responding to it, a user said, "I don’t get it...How's this useful...Why blocking screenshot, after all it's your own chat, it's your own WhatsApp". The updates are reportedly being tested for Android.
