WhatsApp starts rolling out frequently forwarded label feature

WhatsApp has begun rolling out a new feature to let users know if a message has been forwarded multiple times. Highly forwarded messages will be marked with a double arrow icon and users will also receive a notice while forwarding, WhatsApp said. WhatsApp is also reportedly testing a feature for groups which will let users block the frequently forwarded messages.
