WhatsApp to allow users to shop directly from chats

Facebook's new update to WhatsApp Business will add an in-app shopping feature, allowing users to shop directly from the chats. The update will let users browse through a store's product catalogue, add items to their cart and place their order through the chat itself. This feature is currently not available in India but the company is planning on its expansion.
