Wheelchair-bound man claims he was told to 'walk home' after Mumbai metro lift fails to work

Karn Shah, a wheelchair-bound comedian in Mumbai, has claimed he was told to "walk home" to Dadar from Worli after the lift at the metro station failed to work. Sharing a video of the incident, Shah said, "I was scared because the system failed me." He alleged he called the emergency number twice, but no one picked up.
