When are US election results likely to be declared?

US presidential election results are sometimes declared just hours after the polls close but the tight contest between Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, could mean a longer wait, reports said. Among the critical swing states, Georgia will likely declare results early, while counting in Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, could take several days.
