When Bharat extends help, it doesn't look at passports: PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi addressed the Indian diaspora in Australia and spoke about India's humanitarian aid operations across several countries. "When Bharat extends a helping hand, it does not look at passports; when Bharat sends aid, it does not look at the colour of the passport," he said.
