When do you know you have healed and it's time to stop therapy?

Healing is when you feel inner peace, need less constant reassurance, and experience solitude as calming rather than lonely. It’s also when you no longer depend on your therapist to solve life's problems. Dr Sarthak Dave says ending therapy should be a shared, thoughtful decision, made collaboratively when both you and your therapist feel confident in your ability to cope.
