When the world is in crisis, India emerges as the 1st responder: PM Modi in US

While addressing the Indian diaspora in US, PM Narendra Modi said that whenever there is a crisis in the world, India emerges as the "first responder". "We aren't like a fire that burns, but like the sun which spreads light," he added. He further said that India's desire is not to increase its power but to increase its impact.
