Where should we go: Indians stuck at Milan airport over coronavirus curb

A video of Indians stranded at Milan airport has surfaced online. "Where should we, the NRIs, go then? It is one hour before check-in that we are told the Indian government is not allowing us to take the flight home," a passenger said. The government had released a notification asking passengers to produce certificate proving they tested negative for coronavirus.
