Where will heatwave hit hardest across India in next 4-5 days?

Heatwave conditions are affecting large parts of north and central India. Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan are seeing strong hot winds and rising temperatures. IMD has warned temperatures may rise by up to 4°C in 4-5 days. MP and Chhattisgarh are also heating up, while eastern states are not far behind. Punjab's Ludhiana and Patiala are under alert.
