Where will it rain as monsoon makes comeback in India?

With Monsoon making a comeback, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall at a few places, with extremely heavy rainfall likely at isolated places over Meghalaya and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim on July 19. Similar rainfall patterns are expected over Uttarakhand (July 19-20), Jammu-Kashmir (July 20-22) and Himachal Pradesh (July 20-21).
