Which 4 things will remain free under new UPI charges rules?

A 0.4% merchant discount rate (MDR) on person-to-merchant transactions will be levied from October 15. However, UPI payments between two individuals will remain free, and merchant payments up to ₹2,000 will remain free. There'll be zero MDR levy on small merchants receiving up to ₹1 lakh/month, and there's no charge or quota for individuals on monthly UPI usage.
