Which 5 Railways reforms have been announced under '52 reforms in 52 weeks' plan?

Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw unveiled five new key reforms under the '52 reforms in 52 weeks' plan. He announced reforms in cancellation of tickets and refund rules, change of train boarding, salt transportation, automobile transportation, and quality of construction. For cancellations made between 24 and 8 hours before departure, 50% fare will be refunded, subject to the minimum charge.
