Which allies of TVK did not get seat in TN Cabinet expansion?

As many as 21 TVK and two Congress MLAs took oath as ministers as Vijay's Cabinet expanded on Thursday. No one from VCK and IUML, which won two seats each in elections and provided support to TVK, were given Cabinet berth. Also, no one from 24 AIADMK rebels who supported TVK, was included in the Cabinet.
