Barddhaman, Birbhum, Paschim Medinipur and Medinipur in West Bengal are the hottest cities in India with temperature of 46°C, followed by Jhargram at 45°C, according to AQI.in. Bhadrak and Talcher in Odisha also recorded 45°C, along with Kharagpur, Durgapur and Nabadwip in West Bengal. IMD has issued heat wave warning for several states and UTs.
