Which are the best performing states in providing startup ecosystem as per Govt rankings?

The third edition of the State's Startup Ranking of 2021 was released on Monday. For the category of best performers in developing a startup ecosystem, Gujarat emerged as the best performer for the third consecutive year, along with Karnataka. Meghalaya has topped the list of small states. A total of 24 states and seven Union Territories participated in this.
