The ₹21,000-crore IPO of LIC in 2022 was biggest-ever public issue of India. In November 2021, Paytm raised ₹18,300 crore through IPO, whereas Coal India raised ₹15,200 crore in 2010. Other large IPOs of India are ₹11,563 crore raised by Reliance Power in 2008, General Insurance Corporation of India's ₹11,370-crore IPO in 2017, and SBI Card's ₹10,340-crore issue in 2020.
