Haryana's Hisar recorded a temperature of 4.2°C, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Hisar was followed by Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly 4.6°C, Delhi's Safdarjung 4.9°C, Delhi's Lodhi Road 5.0°C, Punjab's Amritsar 5.4°C, Uttar Pradesh's Meerut 5.6°C and Delhi's Ayanagar 6.0°C. Meanwhile, Chandigarh and Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow recorded 7.2°C and 8.9°C, respectively.
