Which are the coldest places in north west India today?

The India Meteorological Department has released minimum temperature of cities in north west India on Tuesday, stating that fog was also observed. While Punjab's Amritsar recorded minimum temperature of 4.9°C, Haryana's Karnal recorded 6.1°C, Delhi's Safdarjung recorded 7.8°C and Chandigarh recorded 6.5°C. UP's Meerut, Bihar's Gaya, Rajasthan's Churu recorded 7.9°C, 6.1°C and 4.8°C, respectively.
