Which are the top 10 countries in UN's human development index rankings?

Norway has topped the latest human development index rankings released by the United Nations Development Programme, which ranks countries mainly on the basis of life expectancy, education, and per capita income. Both Ireland and Switzerland have been ranked second, followed by Hong Kong and Iceland sharing the fourth position. India slipped to 131st position among 189 countries.
