Qatar Airways was voted the world's best airline at the 2024 World Airline Awards organised by Skytrax. The 2023 Airline of the Year winner, Singapore Airlines, was ranked second in the world for 2024. Singapore Airlines was followed by Emirates, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Cathay Pacific Airways, Japan Airlines, Turkish Airlines, EVA Air, Air France and Swiss International Air Lines.
