Bangladesh is world's most polluted country, followed by India, Nepal, Pakistan and Mongolia, according to University of Chicago's Energy Policy Institute's (EPIC) latest Air Quality Life Index. Other nations in the top 10 include Myanmar, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda and Burundi. Population growth has contributed to declining air quality in South Asia, it said.
