Which are the world's cheapest cities to live in?

As per the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)'s Worldwide Cost of Living 2021 survey, Damascus in Syria is the world's cheapest city to live in. Tripoli (Libya), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Tunis (Tunisia) and Almaty (Kazakhstan) are also among the top five cheapest cities. Pakistan's Karachi is in the sixth position and India's Ahmedabad (in Gujarat) is ranked seventh.
