Manhattan's Upper 5th Avenue is the world's priciest street globally for luxury shopping with annual shop rents averaging $2,000 (over ₹1.6 lakh) per sq ft, according to a survey by commercial property firm Cushman & Wakefield. Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui is the second-priciest, followed by Italy's Via Montenapoleone. Hong Kong's Causeway Bay had topped the ranking pre-COVID-19.
