Austria, Finland, France, Japan, Luxembourg, South Korea, and Sweden, all rank 3rd. Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands and UK rank 4th. Belgium, Czech Republic, Malta, NZ, Norway, Portugal and Switzerland's passports rank 5th.
