Which bowlers have taken 500 or more wickets in Test cricket?

Australia off-spinner Nathan Lyon on Sunday became the eighth bowler to take at least 500 wickets in Test cricket. Sri Lanka's Muttiah Muralitharan holds the record for taking most Test wickets (800). Shane Warne (708), James Anderson (690), Anil Kumble (619), Stuart Broad (604), Glenn McGrath (563) and Courtney Walsh (519) are the other members of the 500-wicket club.
