Hong Kong has highest price per square metre to buy apartment in city centre, as per Deutsche Bank Research Institute. Other cities in top ten are Zurich, Seoul, Singapore, Geneva, Tel Aviv, London, New York, Paris and Vienna. Cairo has lowest price per square metre to buy an apartment, followed by Johannesburg, Bengaluru, Cape Town, Delhi, Buenos Aires and Bogota.
