According to InterNations' Expat City Ranking 2022, Valencia offers expats a great quality of life abroad, followed by Dubai, Mexico City, Lisbon and Madrid. Bangkok has been ranked sixth, followed by Basel, Melbourne, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. Johannesburg is the worst city for expats overall.
