Which cities were the hottest on Friday as Rajasthan's Phalodi saw 49°C temperature?

The India Meteorological Department released the data of the hottest cities on Friday, March 24, and it shows that Phalodi in Rajasthan recorded a maximum temperature of 49°C. It was followed by Rajgarh in Madhya Pradesh where the maximum temperature was 46.3°C. Others on the list were Maharashtra's Akola (45.8°C), Gujarat's Ahmedabad (45.5°C), Haryana's Sirsa (45.4°C) and UP's Orai (43.8°C).
