Countries that have not reported any coronavirus cases so far include Comoros, Kiribati, Lesotho, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Nauru, among others. North Korea, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu have also not reported any cases.
