A total of 29 countries won medals at the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics 2026, which concluded on February 22. Norway won the most medals (41), including 18 gold, 12 silver and 11 bronze. Norway was followed by the USA (33), Italy (30), Germany (26), Japan (24), France (23), Switzerland (23), Canada (21), the Netherlands (20), Sweden (18) and Austria (18).
