Ex-India captain Virat Kohli climbed to joint third alongside Mohammed Azharuddin on the list of cricketers with the most catches in ODI cricket history. During India's Champions Trophy 2025 match against Bangladesh on Thursday in Dubai, Kohli took his tally to 156 ODI catches. Mahela Jayawardene holds the record for the most ODI catches (218), followed by Ricky Ponting (160).
