Nepal wicketkeeper Aasif Sheikh won ICC Spirit of Cricket Award 2022 for his decision not to run out Ireland's Andy McBrine after the latter tripped while attempting a run during a T20I on February 14, 2022. Nepal's Kamal Singh Airee collided with McBrine accidentally while retrieving ball. Kamal threw the ball to Aasif, who decided not to run McBrine out.
