Which Indian cities saw the highest rent hikes this year?

Bengaluru saw the highest increase in rental prices this year as more people moved to the city, according to surveys by NoBroker and ANAROCK. Rents in Bengaluru and Mumbai increased by more than 30% this year, NoBroker stated. Other cities which saw steep hike in rent included Hyderabad and Pune. Meanwhile, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Kolkata witnessed 9-14% increase in rentals.
