Which prominent cricketers are returning to their former IPL teams?

Several prominent cricketers are returning to their ex-IPL teams after Day 1 of IPL 2025 mega auction. Ravichandran Ashwin, who played for CSK from 2008-2015, has been bought by CSK for ₹9.75 crore. Glenn Maxwell will return to PBKS after representing them from 2014 to 2017, and 2020. Jofra Archer and Trent Boult are returning to RR and MI, respectively.
