Which South Asian nations have employees struggling the most as per Gallup?

Afghanistan ranks first on list of South Asian countries with most number of struggling or suffering employees, with 0% employees thriving, according to Gallup's State of the Global Workplace 2024 report. Sri Lanka ranks second with 10% employees thriving. It is followed by Pakistan (13%), India (14%) and Nepal (22%). The list excluded Bangladesh due to small sample size.
