Taj Mahal Hotel will serve regional savoury bites such as Kashmir's spiced walnuts, Purani Dilli Maida Kaju and Maharashtra's Bhakarwadi. Leela Palace will serve edible lotuses made with rose, saffron and cardamom. LaLiT will serve refined versions of galouti kebabs, tandoor-baked breads and millet-based dishes, NDTV reported.
