Which states have the highest and lowest Class 10 dropouts in India?

According to information shared by the government in the Parliament, Odisha (49.9%), Bihar (42.1%), Meghalaya (33.5%), Karnataka (28.5%), Andhra Pradesh (28.3%) and Assam (28.3%) have the highest Class 10 dropout rates over the past four years (2018-19 to 2021-22). Meanwhile, Manipur (0%), Delhi (1.3%), Himachal Pradesh (2.5%), Tripura (3.8%) and Haryana (7.4%) had the lowest dropout rates.
