Which states have the highest inflation rate and which have the lowest?
Manipur had the highest inflation rate in India in January at 7.41%, followed by Kerala (6.76%) and Odisha (6.05%). Eight other states had higher inflation rate than 5%, whereas 19 states had higher rates than the national average of 4.31%. Telangana recorded the lowest inflation rate (2.22%), while Jharkhand recorded inflation rate of 2.56%.
