Which states in India have the highest unemployment rate and which have the lowest?

India's unemployment rate rose to 7.45% in February from 7.14% in previous month, as per CMIE. Haryana had the highest unemployment rate of 29.4% among Indian states in the month of February. It was followed by Rajasthan (28.3%), Sikkim (21.0%), Jammu & Kashmir (17.1%) and Jharkhand (16.8%). Chhattisgarh had lowest unemployment rate (0.8%), while Madhya Pradesh's rate stood at 2.0%.
