Which US Presidents & ex-Presidents have been shot?

Similar to the attack on Donald Trump, Theodore Roosevelt was shot at as a former US President during his 1912 re-election campaign. Presidents Andrew Jackson, Franklin D Roosevelt and Harry Truman were also shot at and survived the assassination attempts. Four US Presidents- Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley and John F Kennedy- who were assassinated were all shot dead.
