As per the TomTom Traffic Index Ranking 2023, London was the city with the highest traffic congestion in the world in 2023 with average travel time of 37 minutes and 20 seconds per 10 km. It is followed by Dublin, Toronto, Milan and Lima. Bengaluru and Pune are ranked sixth and seventh, respectively, followed by Bucharest, Manila and Brussels.
