Whistleblower backs $10 mn deal for staff on Uber's 'sexism'

Whistleblower Susan Fowler, who spoke out about the treatment of women at Uber, has said that she supports a $10-million settlement of harassment claims on behalf of almost 500 employees. She further said the settlement will help compensate others subjected to "illegal conduct". Fowler's post led to internal investigations and the departure of Uber Co-founder Travis Kalanick from the company.
