Whistling, grabbing minor's hand may be harassment, not sexual assault: HC

Madras High Court has ruled that grabbing a minor's hand or whistling at them cannot be termed as sexual assault and can at most be called harassment. The court said this while granting bail to a POCSO Act convict. The man had whistled at a girl from his balcony, and on being ignored, he came down and grabbed her hand.
