Amid Parliament march, CJP spokespersons Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka met Union Health Minister JP Nadda at his residence, claiming "the government had reached out for talks in the morning". However, in a statement released by Nadda after the meeting, he said, "This morning, for the first time, a proposal came from the protesters to hold talks with the government."
