The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) terminated four Flight Operations Inspectors (FOIs) as part of its crackdown following the IndiGo flight cancellation crisis. The four FOIs, all on a contract basis, are Rish Raj Chatterjee, Seema Jhamnani, Anil Kumar Pokhariyal, and Priyam Kaushik. They were relieved from DGCA with immediate effect "to join their respective parent organisations".
