Shafali Verma on Sunday led India to victory in the inaugural Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup. India won its first Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2000 under the leadership of Mohammad Kaif. Virat Kohli (2008), Unmukt Chand (2012), Prithvi Shaw (2018) and Yash Dhull (2022) are India's other Under-19 World Cup-winning captains.
