Who are Jacob Coxon & Evan Hubinger, Anthropic staff raising AI concerns?

Jacob Coxon announced his resignation from Anthropic, warning that "AI could kill us all by the end of the decade," while colleague Evan Hubinger voiced similar concerns on X. Coxon, an AI researcher based in San Francisco, has worked at OpenAI and Anthropic. Hubinger leads Anthropic’s Alignment Stress-Testing team and previously worked at OpenAI, Google, Yelp and Ripple.
