Who are Samsung's 'artificial humans' that speak in Hindi & what do they do?

Samsung STAR Labs' project NEON unveiled artificial intelligence-enabled avatars or 'artificial humans', trained for different professions, at tech show CES 2020. NEON described them as "computationally created virtual being that looks and behaves like humans, with the ability to show emotions and intelligence." The humanoid chatbots can converse in multiple languages including Hindi and Spanish.
