Who are the 23 people discharged in Delhi Excise policy case?

A Delhi Court has discharged all 23 people accused in Delhi Excise Policy case. These include ex-Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Ex-Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Telangana Jagruthi President K Kavitha and prime accused Kuldeep Singh. The list also includes Vijay Nair, Abhishek Boinpally, Arun Ramchandra Pillai, Mootha Goutam, Sameer Mahendru, Amandeep Singh Dhall, Arjun Pandey, and Rajesh Joshi.
